This article presents the results of studying prevalence echinococcosis among large horned animals in Samarkand and Surkhandarya regions hematological blood parameters heavily or weakly infected with echinococcus wild. In region, 8.8% cattle were echinococci, region - 14.3%. Decrease amount erythrocytes hemoglobin (20-30%), increase number leukocytes by 30-55%, a significant eosinophils lymphocytes leukoform, decrease neutrophils compared to control (3.25-6.5%). increased 5.3-15.3%.
